The sales team is growing! We are now looking for a car salesperson to join our wonderful team in Luleå! About the Position
As a salesperson, you will have the opportunity to represent Volkswagen – one of the world's most trusted car brands, as well as other premium brands we offer. You will work with the sale of both new and used cars, from the first contact to the completed deal. Your daily tasks will include everything from advising, test drives, and accessory sales to trade-ins, financing solutions, and contract writing.
You will be responsible for developing sales in the local market in Luleå and building long-term relationships with both private and corporate customers. Your role is central in creating customer experiences that match the high quality of our products, especially when it comes to Volkswagen, where smart technology, modern design, and driving pleasure are at the center.

Qualifications
- Driver's license B
- Good digital skills
- Good administrative ability
- Experience in sales
- It is an advantage if you have industry experience and have worked with proactive sales

Skellefteå Bil started in Skellefteå in 1944, Müllers in Luleå in 1946, and Bil-City in Kiruna in 1961. In our shared story, we find some milestones in the development of the passenger car. As the Volkswagen Group developed into several world-leading car brands, the two family businesses grew into pioneers in Västerbotten and Norrbotten.
Today, we have approximately 380 employees across the three companies Norrlands Bil Sverige AB (passenger cars), Norrlands Bil Tunga Fordon AB (trucks), and Service AB (property & finance). We are distributed across seven locations from Skellefteå in the south to Kiruna in the north and have a turnover of approximately 1.5 billion.
